Cancellation and prepayment conditions

Flexible – 7 days (General)

• The guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The guest pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels within 7 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.

Exceptions for changes and cancellations

Change of dates for non-refundable reservations

Allow guests to change dates on their own:

• For each reservation, only one date change is allowed, at least 3 days before check-in.
• The price of the stay must be equal to or higher than the original price
• The booking conditions and the type of accommodation do not change

• Guests cannot change dates on their own on the dates you have chosen

Children and extra beds

Conditions for children

• Children of all ages are welcome.

Children’s rates

• Children up to 3 years old stay free.

Specifications on cots and extra beds

Cribs

• Children up to and including 3 years old can stay free of charge in a cot (if available).

Extra beds

• Children up to and including 16 years old can stay at a cost of EUR 30.00 per person per night in an extra bed (if available).

Additional costs that guests must pay:

• Cleaning service supplement for 50.00€/per stay – not included in the price

Guests are not required to pay any security deposit.

How to access the facility

• The door opens with a code.
• Follow the photos below that lead to the automatic gate. When you reach a crossroads, follow a climb with a fountain and keep right until you find a small descent. You will arrive at a gate where on the left column you will find a sign with Casa da Pietro written on it and an opening code to enter the parking lot.

What if it doesn’t work?

• The door opens with a code.

Rules of the structure

• Smoking is not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed.
• It is permitted to organize parties/events.
• No quiet time has been set.

Stays of more than 30 nights (monthly)

• We are currently not accepting reservations for stays longer than 30 nights.

Group bookings

• You have not set any exceptions to the group booking policy.
